Regards Worldgate, it appears as if BGF purchased some of the Series C Preferred Stock at $11.00 per share. Each of these Series C Preferred shares will be converted into 2/3 of a common share at the IPO. This would give BGF an adjusted price of $16.50 for their shares, which will probably be close to the initial offering price. The S-1 does not break out how many Series C shares are held by BGF. Perhaps TechHunter can supply us with this information. You can find the details on page 54 of the S-1 at: sec.gov
