LTX Announces Alliance With Integra Technologies, L.L.C. Integra to Use LTX Test Systems and enVision Software WESTWOOD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 1999--LTX Corporation (Nasdaq:LTXX - news), a leading supplier of semiconductor test equipment, today announced an alliance between LTX and Integra Technologies, L.L.C. of Wichita, Kansas. Integra, one of the largest independent test labs in the United States, provides full service test and evaluation services for manufacturers and users of integrated circuits. The alliance is a cooperative technology and applications development service agreement between LTX and Integra to develop turnkey testing packages for the semiconductor industry.
Integra's enVision(TM)-trained engineering staff will use existing LTX Delta STE technology and future Fusion(TM) HF test systems to create state-of-the-art test solutions for a wide range of integrated circuits, including system-on-a-chip, mixed signal and digital.
