One other point I forget to mention to jmt was about dilution.

If I am reading it right TLWN planned to pay for HPP acquisition with $250,000 cash and 750,000 shares. Even if dilution was involved here I see no major concern with the float increase to just under 5 million. Pretty decent compared to other BB stocks with floats in excess of 15, 20 or 30 million.

Any dilution that may occur will have a minimal impact on share price IMO, and is a small price to pay considering the revenue potential of HPP in the long run.
