Bo Le.

The X, Y and Z story has something speaking for itself.
One time, I had some ALU shares, but reversed my position after the CNBC way back.

What I explicitly want to know is up to which percentage fc (f*) is taken away from ALU and, what, in your opinion the purpose is - only financing or holding a seperate equity stake and subsequent selling out ALU. ??

I see that in most "backdoors" (as ALU sometimes is treated as a FC backdoor) different things happened, insider selling, options repricing.

In some cases, the equity shares of the backdoors actually have been boosted in the way of a stock split (FLAS) right before the IPO, but rarely one that the stake is diluted.
