So is that good news or bad news, would you say? BTW, the same proxy statement shows the new salaries for the top guns: everybody got about a 50% raise compared to '97, apparently to preserve some ratio with respect to Dr. Clarke's salary. Clarke was hire on at a big premium it seems compared to Targoff. Hope he's worth it.

Preferred stock . . .
