Fonix. well IMHO it will go chapter 11 and than stock will suspend in trading. All shareholders will get screwed. After, the company CEO will get replaced and than the company will re-organize. All the creditors of the company will be offered options on the re-organized company on cents to the dollar. Than after the dust settles it will be sold very quietly! The good tech. sold off for pennies. Creditors will be happy fighting over the crumbs. They'll have a huge tax write off. And alas the shareholders go down with the ship. This again my humble opinion. Since I'm always wrong when I put my foot in my mouth like this. None of this will happen and I've just saved this company.
