Sly, Who is this guy, Budfoxx????..And why would the entire contingent of Everen Securities all want to impart this information...on a Saturday,yet!!!...to this fellow????...I don't believe it!!!

Sly, FYI I spoke to an Everen broker (houston) about 2 weeks ago. The guy really had no idea what was going on with navr/netr. He basically said if they just filed the S1 (remember I spoke to him 2 weeks ago) he didn't know anything and not to expect pricing until may or june. But this was him shooting from the hip. Logically these guys have to cover their asses. If he comes out and says "YES ! the pricing is very soon... next month !" he may be in some sh*t from the SEC if it doesn't turn out that way and some poor investors lose their money based on his prediction. Bottom line... don't believe these jokers at Everen, idiots on message boards, or anyone else until the deal is done NO ONE KNOWS. Could be 1 month or 2 or 3. I also received a response from IR last week that stated "we await comments from the SEC" it sounded like NAVR is ready to go asa SEC is finished. All I am counting on is that all parties involved (Everen, NAVR, NETR) know it's for their own best interest to get it done ASAP. ch
