Gord
Special Annual meeting April29 will be the date that the split into
2 companys and 7 days after the split the new company will start trading so its not that far off a little over a month.Lots of things could occur over a month as hilltop is now being drilled and kimberlite pipes may be found well before the split. The market will price it as it is.

Thanks Gordon. That's exactly my problem. Who has a clear answer to all those figures? How do WSP shareholders evaluate the deal?

In a free market, things are only worth what people are willing to pay for them. Until there is a firm offer on Camsell Lake, who knows what it is worth? At this point, who even knows what percentage of it Winspear really owns?

Will the shares have the same market value before and after the split?
