Howdy Jed, and that cee-ment pond set-by sippin' cold Granny's orange cremes is just around the corner now with all them (a few, hah!) Lucky Calls of your'n and the ETC's! Happy Second Day Of Spring!! Eggs stood on end around 8 p.m. last nite without us, and so this year we missed our Family Tradition moment the same week the Dow 10,000 moment snuck on by...hoping missing the Eggs ends the pattern! Yeah, you're right about a pullback coming, and blasting away at ATI (durn them Redcoats, I'd been waitin' for any-day-now a 909 on it!) tomorrow
plus another one that begins with an "A" the second it goes retro as stuffing for the horse-pillow out in the barn and powder for the blunderbuss. Sound like a plan?! Did more homework got to "S", and some interesting news was - DIS will be offering IE Explorer 5 on Go.com... RDIM will change Co. name to HouseholdDirect.com along with a new online shopping site like a members-only discount warehouse coming soon... and SBC (a dotcom and who owns PacBell, etc.) will acquire Ameritech (with new cable net access in Detroit, midwest telecom) by midsummer. I should have A-Z finished by tomorrow, sometimes I'm slow as haven't watched these for longer than usual; the Bigs don't need such close attention so sometimes I almost forget about them and gotta look at all Sells 2C if it's time to jump back in again, etc.
Blue, not only do I remember the GNET 24 Rule, but I Was There the day you moved it up to 28! Remember?! That day was just a little over a half a year ago, what a mindblower. Yeah, the good ole days of Internet Stocks for the In-Crowd-Only are in the past, but we're there with our good pieces on the board (wouldn't "Internet Stocks" be a great new board game, just change the tokens, cards, and denominations on a modernized Monopoly Board is all!) and tryin' to put our heads together to keep up with it, we'll do just fine! Some friends of mine who said I'd lost my marbles a few months back by my risky investing in Nets finally bought some AOL and YHOO and are whooping it up daily about the quick gains; (At Techstock '99 remember GNET Band "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet") of course I showed them GNET but they said that's too much for 'em as beginners so oh well, I tried. We know what they'll say about it six months from now; as FONELY EYED backs up a blues harp with that violin!
Blue, what you say about another Major coming by GNET with a better offer, verrrrry intterrrresting, well I can't help but think about Wetherell and the Lycos deal with USAI lately. If USAI gets Lycos, and it probably will, well you know Wetherell needs a search engine/ portal to put it all together or else it must register as a mutual fund with the SEC!? Cause To Ponder. Just caught myself singing INTERNET VENTURE CAPITALISTS (to the tune of) "Call it Mellow Yellow, it's gonna be the very next phase" and
"Way-Yup-Ho, North To Alaska, Go North The Rush Is On"....Circle The Wagons Boys.... Blue can you please do me a favor if the moment is right and sing that very next phrase to the Yellow Dogs; let me know if they do anything special?
Have a great day pals,
Joanie
