I applied for an inguiry about two stocks that they screwed up on. When I called in I was confronted by this arrogant woman customer service helper and I use that word loosely. The two trades were given to the service rep. One of the ticker symbols that I had a problem with was FLAS the new IPO that opened a few days ago. I had placed an order the day before and was trying to get back in to change the order. NOTICE the symbol she says I had no order on. No wonder, that is not the symbol I told her I had an order on.

Dammmm, they really hire some sharp cookies don't they.
