Doug,

The IPM deal was never a promise in my mind but a business possibility so I cannot hold that against anyone. A promised dividend in the form of stock shares is a different story and would have serious legal ramifications if not followed through.

Sorry to make the hair on the back of your neck standup. I will keep that in mind from now on.
