Thanks for being willing to put what you feel out there so boldly. I have to re-read it several times and think about it. My disappointment management skills are not very good. LOL. I find that I limit risk more in order to avoid any disappointment as I get older. Probably a normal response to experience. But disappointment cannot be avoided altogether. Are you concerned that your nephew will be mistreated like you were when you were in school? Sounds a little similar. I just don't remember anyone being so concerned about religion as children in school. I cannot think of a single instance that religion even came up, much less being aware of how anyone else believed.
