Bully: Now wait a min. You say never! as in not until there full reporting do they have to tell of any action by the board or insiders that make a material change in the company. That is not what others have said in the past.

That would be like runing a stock company as a personal business IMO. It would also show no intrest in the investor or there investment. How long would a company (stock last if they did not produce news in a timely fashon for there investors?

You know if a firm wants to stay in business they must tell a investor what he or she is buying in the stock. Yet if it's a pump and dump firm I could see that type of firm pushing out lot's of news fast and quick to get lot's of action in a stock. That is if the company had a great type of promo IR. person who had the true facts to hand out to all the new investors.
Funny to get a list of all the investors in or on a IR's special telephone list you just need one thing. That would make the IR. person or company doing your work unessary in say 2 or 3 months. It would cost a little money yet you would have all the names you wanted, and never need the IR person to do that special work for ya anymore. Heck you could dump there service
and the fees and run it all inside the comforts of the business office. The smart firms are doing some of that now from what i'm seeing.

What would you call the non reporting firm IYO? I thought for shure they had to give out the material stuff.
