"we are still debating on whether to file against Bloomberg a law suit"

1. Who is the "we" you refer to?

2. What part of the article is untrue, that you think you have any case for a lawsuit?

Oh, btw, check the dictionary on the difference between "slander" and "libel"

Dan I've been thinking about jumping in on one of your picks, but it appears you no longer have enough of a following to move a stock.

Is this why you are making long term picks now, maybe you should change the title of this thread to reflect the change in your style.
Thanks

Daniel, I doubt that you have even talked to an attorney about filing a lawsuit.

First if you had you wouldn't have used the term slander.

Second there is not any libelous statements in the article.

Basically that is what Bloomberg is saying is that you really are quite the amateur, which you are. I'd take it to heart if I were you. Read my PM's to you. I have been trying to help.

This is for the real risky investor. The riskier, the more profit. Also the more loss:) This is not for the faint
hearted. We are looking for stocks with an ASK price under .01. Also with a low float, which will be able to be
bought up. Hopefully we will be able to move the stock and come out with a good profit. We
only have to move it .001 or so. Please give some stocks under .01 and their float. Please help research these
companies and find out their floats.
