Thanks for the insider trading link. It appears that insiders sold almost 150,000 shares in February at prices ranging from about $25 to $28, all above todays price. Am I reading the table correctly?

Best wishes,

I2

it looks like the CFO, William Angus, holds NO shares, and the same for a VP, Robert Ozarski

I don't know who Ozarski is.

Akins did sell 20% of his holdings. I am not positive, but I don't believe that he had sold any his of shares in the past. Everyone recommends some portfolio diversification.

It certainly surprises me that Angus sold all of his shares. This doesn't seem right, but maybe he needed a house.

There have been questions before asked about the relative lack of shares owned by insiders. The insiders answer (I believe during a conference call, maybe someone remembers?): the company scraped for so many years trying to stay alive, waiting for the industry to need their technology, that equity was given away for money.
