Overall, A good analysis. One thing though I really think you miss the point is that G* has so many name brand service providers and world class manufacturers that have high stakes on G. It is not just LOR's business only. You can be sure that those equity holders will not let this G* project go unsuccessful. Although LOR is a majority shareholder of G*.

In addition, Loral would likely provide needed capital for Globalstar if the capital markets are unwilling to do so. While good for Globalstar, that wouldn't be good for Loral, since they need capital to expand their own businesses.
