The late afternoon surge was incited by an analyst comment on CNBC. I think that it had to do with the upgrade and price target of 175.

Well, although my buy-stop did not trigger, I regard 143 1/4 close enough for me to be worried that we cant seem to close above $140.
However, I will not try to 2nd guess AMZN, I will let it supply the answer, by closing outside of the $130--$140 range.
