MrsNose Steelguy is just making a point and a very good one. Sudhir is here to stay on SI I don't think Sudhir will stop posting even though John has said what he did.Maybe Sudhir will get him in Jail I don't know thats up too him. Sudhir posts the facts nothing more.He does not tell everyone here to get his NL its up too you if you want it. One thing about Sudhir at least he does posts on SI and keep his readers abreast at all times. some of our NLW sit in the bush and don't even comment on the latest developements on Winspear,I have great Respect for Sudhir its too bad others do what they do.

MrsNose; I like to set the record straight regarding this debating about our Sudhir issue here in this SI talks. I choose here rather Steelguy because Steelguy could not understand my last few posts and it is up to me to take action against him in term of his accusation of my intention and try to damage of my reputation even this use real name or pseudonym . That is why I choose here to respond regarding the debate. Sudhir uses his real name in this SI talks, that is a big mistake as far as I am concerned because Sudhir owns that The Resources Indicator in Ontario Province, since he is the owner of that company also the editor of that company,he has that disclaimer: "" ... the publisher is not a registered advisor. Nor Statement, or expression of opinion, or any other matter herein, directly or indirectly, is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any securities mentioned." Yet Sudhir Uses his real name just did it in violating this disclaimer as Sudhir several times in this thread did recommend to buy this WSP.V security which he mentioned in his publication. In other words, he broke his own disclaimer. If Sudhir uses pseudonym then he does not or did not break this disclaimer. Nobody would knows him as a publisher. You know recommending any security to buy or sell involves great risks that why the Acts or the law requires that disclaimer to protect him. In case some one might sue him for any mistakes. But it is obviously that he {Sudhir} can not violate his own disclaimer. That is what I like to clarify. John Paquet BTW I did not see any other publishers use their own real names in this SI talks, so far I know is Sudhir.
