Jerry, ---what do you mean EBAY is in for some major lawsuits.??? How is that possible when their average sale for a product is only US$45.00 each, what would it cost them in total $45,000.??? We often hear the News Media always focus on the Doom and Gloom of those Internet Auction companies i.e fraud charges against EBAY,!!! when CNN-TV did the story on EBAY the Company guy said fraud was insignificant 0.00013%, 13 out of a million, something like that, that's not bad in people to people auction.!! why not focus in on the 99.9% positive stuff, all those 1 million??people making a few bucks on the side selling stuff on EBAY,and the other 1 million happy people delighted with what they purchased.!! a week or two weeks ago EBAY was worth US$20 billion (Cdn$30 billion) I think their total revenue for 1998 was only US$47 million (Cdn$70 million). So if EBAY in a lawsuit gave it all back !!!THE WORKS the $47 million revenue from 1998, it would still be insignificant.!!!
