I've heard cheerleaders say that Internet orders are going to send FDX into a new era or exponentially multiplying growth; I've heard nay-sayers claim that it will do nothing at all to help the bottom line. My own view is that the truth is somewhere in between. I do think that e-commerce will increase the overall amount of remote purchasing worldwide, and this can only be good for FDX. Some of the more ambitious claims, though, are obviously way over the top.
