Hutch,,,,

Funny that you should mention the BBs.....I spent several hours reading about the proposed changes to Form 15c2-11.....which might actually go a long way to reducing abuses. The abolishment of 'Piggy Backing' will have more effect than anything else..

Loved that part concerning ADTV.

There are 6,625 BBs and 3,225 Pinkies.......Here alone lies plenty of room for creative of mind.

Regards,
Eric Parde

Hi Hutch:
I wonder how many people got hurt with that LCMA resolution..wonder how many bigwigs were rubbed the wrong way..
I think that might be Bill's ace in the hole. especially with Greenspan's latest pronouncements about derivatives..He doesn't appear to want to fix the system but to keep the Too big to fail system going for all the "crap players" in the world..
Also the political climate is quite favorable for investigation of this type..
What is your definition of failure? Any suggestions whom Bill can
contact?
Bobby

<<Antitrust laws protect economic competition. To quote the World Book Encyclopedia, "These laws prohibit price fixing, an agreement among business firms to control the price or supply of a product or service."

Let's go after the Nasdaq BB>>
There was a very big action against a bunch of the MM's (some in BB's) big class action suit. Was told after the lawyers fees I'll get around $52 added to my IRA sometime next year
