zeebo:<"my chart"> please explain. Do you have something beyond an options chain to look at? Are you talking about volume and open interest? I guess you have time and sales, on the options--where do you get this please.

zeeko....re: dell aug 70 (dlqhn)...

not trying to second guess wbm...but if you read my earlier post, i find options/leaps to be leading indicators of a stocks movement...if you believe the market is controlled by "smart money", "traders", "big guys", "market makers"...as i've seen refered to on the thread...or purely driven EVENTUALLY by tangible fundamentals....the following is to be considered as a futures gauge....

dell cpq
aug 70 dlqhn 11/16
jan 00 70 ldean 2.75 jan 00 40 lkpah 3.75
jan 01 70 zdean 7.25 jan 01 40 zkpah 7.00

i try to remain simplistic, but if you were to buy dell and cpq at fridays close, sell the above calls and desired to get called upon expiration....which position would you favor....the "big guys" clearly still believe long term in dell.....good luck ed a.
