Why would CEO Don Green get involved with Cerent when he has his hands full with AFC? I can only think that (1) the venture capital investors trust his expertise in this industry, (2) this business is complementary to AFC's business and customers, and (3) AFC may have a must larger investment in Cerent and CEO Green demanded a BOD position.

It will be interesting to follow this company as I believe AFC's investment will pay huge dividends in the long run for AFC shareholders.
