Cabletron, at the exact time kha is posting his article I am reading: Cabletron.. is playing up sofware as it tries to find a way to shore up sliding sales. They will be launching a pretty largescale marketing campaign. They are not interested inselling the company but rather make it 'healthy and vibrant'. They decided to focus around key segments -- higher enterprise customers and the service providers that are focused on delivering services to those customers. Since the company is reporting Monday, we might see anticipatory upswing in the stock, its risky, a long shot but the stock price might mirror the a renewed and upbeat confidence in the company.
