Mad2,
You just about covered the water front with ELBO. If you are missing something, that makes two of us. I think analysts should start to cover this company in the near future. I can't find anything not like so far. Like the article said:

-- Sales and Profits Both Are New Records
-- SG&A Declines As Percent of Sales
-- Comparable Store Sales Up More Than 14%
-- Internet Sales Up More Than 1200%

I used the proforma numbers for comparison due to the change in corporate structure. The tax status change sticks out like a sore thumb. Sophisticated investors, simple business people, and analysts can easily understand this situation.

IMHO The basic investor's problem is finding and recognizing a solid growing company like this. Over the next few months ELBO should show up on some radar screens. At that point, ELBO should see a more realistic valuation of the stock. A $28 to $33 price range is reasonable. The current price is a bargain basement sale price.
