Shouldn't we, as BKS shareholders, get the right to buy BNBN either as assigned shares (to make a decision whether to buy or not. Like we wouldn't. NOT!) or as priority buyers if you will? Seems like we should count somewhere in here.

Surely BKS is worth a lot more when we compare it with AMZN, Tom... I expect that BNBN will end up with a less rational valuation--like AMZN.... and, maybe the big money is in that stock. But BKS looks like a reasonable, conservative play.... with a valuation quite a bit higher than the current price, IMHO... Adding your valuation of BNBN to BKS price does get us into the $60 range... I'll settle for that.
