I believe you. It is going to take some research to figure out companysleuth doesn't secure the correct info.

Curly, FWIW,

I emailed companysleuth with a link to Cmyer's last proxy filing at the SEC site showing their insiders data is incorrect.

Thanks for pointing out the discrepancy.

I learned a lesson. Check the SEC's web site before reaching conclusion about insider trading.
