Dave, Let me clarify a few things. First, we did have NETE on several days during the week and SEVL on several days during both weeks as well. I know NETE was not available on Friday. It definately was available on Thursday. Sometimes stock is unavailable and 2 hours later, you are swimming in it. Being small has absolutely nothing to do with short availability. And we are not at any mercy of Pershing, if that were even a bad thing. Pershing has one of the alrgest inventories on the street as they are one of the top clearing firms around. They are a Div. of DLJ which has huge inventories. As well, when they dont have it, we are probably one of the few firms that will actually hunt around. We AND pershing have relationships all over the street. Two weeks ago when everyone wanted SEVL we were able to get it from Merril. I simply wanted to address a characterization that I felt was wrong. Regards, Steve@yamner.com
