Fed Ownership Response:

Thank you Hutch. I appreciate your help.

Actually, this response confirms some of my doubts:

1. The Fed is a privately help stock corporation.
2. Stock in the Fed produces 6% annual dividends.

The response does not confirm who the majority share holders are.

I have decided that it is confusing to discuss who controls the fed without first clarifying who owns it.

This is a good start, since it at least proves that the Fed is a privately held (stock cannot be traded) stock company.....I hope Morgy Dog has taken note....

I will continue to look into this......I will e-mail them.....

Best regards,

THC
