What you rec'd from S&P is availible free on the web. The Company chose, IMO to list on the AMEX to overcome the asshole blue sky regs that the Sleeze Lawyers of each state require. Any registered exchange listing precludes the need for blue sky filing in each state. Also you don't have to worry about Illegal short sellers whacking the stock. They laugh at the uptick rule constantly on the NASDAQ system, and those minions of "fairness" don't have the balls to stop it. Again I speak of lawyers. The 10 mill sounds right but I dont have the prospectus at home to check it.
