Jay,
What is your security in sending money to a private co. like that? How much would you be comfortable putting with them? Also, can you get them on the phone easily, and what's the quickest you can set up an acct. I know that their online support looks great, and they are a bit cheaper. Can you explain the Southwest comment and why? thanx.
