I heard that VVUS has purchased a new product as well. I do not have any idea what it is....but believe it to be in the urology area. So everything does seem to be turning up..

Also Merril Lynch ...which had a large short position has been covering like crazy...

VLAD:

A lot of positive news on the horizon.......been a long time coming. Partnership deal in Japan to sell MUSE sounds great, as well as imminent approvals in Spain and Italy. John Andrews also pointed out new product in urology area.
Should be a lot of buying this week......coupled with Merrill Lynch covering their short position...we could end week near $5?
