Just about as happy as any stockholder, other than TI, and Intel, would be. There was
some cash exchanged, but I do not know how much; or cannot remember. But they have
moved the base of operation to Portland, Or.

I wonder if TI and INTC sell their stock, what the price will be then. A bargain at $5.00?
I have seen it as low as $2.00 in 1985 - 87
Should be very interesting.

John, can't they use the "piece of paper" from MU as the collateral to short against the block, then deliver the stock against that short position, whatever is MU's price on the registration of the stock?
