I take it that you would now put forward the arguement that you have signed yourself into slavery. That would be truely novell as I am not convinced that a company could become a slave.
There would probably be a need for some evidence that there was actually some work done at the very least to convince a Judge.
Since this matter is much more about interest and more specifically percentages and how that is gained or lost I might suggest that here is a well known criteria to differenciate between those who are interested from those who are merely curious.
The curious are converted to becoming interested in a matter by putting up some cash or contributing in some real and significant way.
The terms of their contract would define the percentages gained by such contributions.
