I don't think they'll stop Diavik either, but the possibility that they'll make it difficult, delayed, and expensive to mine does seem to loom large. As to the current JV dispute, I feel a lot like Walt - #reply-8418026 - i like both companies, wish they could get along, and feel that they are both undervalued significantly.

But - my speckie dollars that might have gone to abz will now go elsewhere.
Winspear will be high on the list, along with my junior oils trilogy gwx/rta/fde.
I had been looking for a re-entry point for Aber, bailed in Feb.
I'm just not at all impressed with the fact that Aber management has gotten themselves into this dispute with Winspear. Granted that there are likely easier people to do business with than RT - abz has my sincerest sympathy there - but when it comes to the question of 'Whose paper do I want to hold?', I'll hold Randy's. ...... cheers ..... macros
