I appreciate your post and identifying my Coleridge.. OOPS!

However, I will have to disagree with you on the following:

I spend a "small" fortune trying to prevent various minerals from leaching into the water supply for my farm. Being fairly close to the Gulf of Mexico, we have a major problem with salt leeching into our irrigation canals, and therefore being spread over the entire farm. Needless to say, salt and normal crop production don't go hand-in-hand for a good harvest.

You bring up an interesting point about distribution being the issue. It is my understanding that there is a Canadian company, Iceberg Industries, that will be or has introduced a new product called Borealis Iceberg Water. I guess we can assume where they are getting this water.
