I'll check them out for other possible stuff going on.
Since you've backed it off to pre-crossover, that begs the question, "What needs to happen on a technical level to give them the follow through it takes to complete the RSI cross over?"
I would suspect it's something in the 13, 8, 8 or 89, 3, 5. Tough to say though because 14 isn't a Fib #. >>hint hint gg<<.
