Mani, Re: Yes there are plenty and detailed information about the gross margin in the earning statement. Thanks. I just have a quick look at it and it looks ugly. Seems that a very large chunk of the 'gross income' got eaten by interest expense. Just wondering if the purchase of Nexgen and K6 has anything to do with this. Also, the cash flow also looks ugly. Looks like AMD was really more financially healthy before they bite K6. Well, I am not an accountant. Just curious, how much it usually involved to develop a processor like K7 ? Gary
