Hi Hutch:

I want to take this one step at a time. I do NOT want to debate anything else. I just want to know:

1. Is the Fed privately owned?
2. Who are the shareholders & their ownership percentages?

I belive your response proves that it is privately owned. Why?

1. There is a stock ownership structure.

2. The stock is not traded on the open market.

If this is not a "privately owned company," then pls tell we what it is.

As for #2, I have written to both the Fed and to a congressman for a complete list of the shareholders and the number of shares held by each shareholder. We will see what comes up.

Until then, I bid you adieu.
