Dear Anna and Jenna and thread(s): - Anna, I think what Jenna meant was creating a Market Gems portfolio, and crediting the ZPortfolio as an inspiration for it, but not using the ZPortfolio as a trading portfolio for her thread. I think it would be a good idea for Market Gems, to create a "Model Portfolio" for their thread, and this certainly has been done by many advisory services. Obviously, the Zthread is not an advisory service. It is, or has been, a collection of well-intentioned folks to have a thread of high integrity and a forum for the exchange of idea to help each other in our personal trading. The postings of late have been wanting, Ron certainly has expressed his frustrations, and I share many of them, having contributed a lot and received few fresh ideas (other than XXXX gonna fly) in return. The best thing for the thread would be a continuation of sharing of ideas, with short TA and FA and without any attempt at P&D. Larry

Anna, maybe it could be used 'loosely' as invite only.. Basically these same people can just go to my website and archives and get these watch lists since I usually put the older watch lists there, but I want to get 'away' from the website and make the 'link' closer to Market Gems on Silicon Investor. I'm basically talking about first tier stocks like PAYX, NITE, LGTO,CCL, ZQK and the such. not stocks like NETE, or CYSP etc. Before I do anything at all I'll make sure to preclude any possible problems in that vein. Fortunately I've never come close to personally having any difficulties of that sort.
