ESV has resistance at $12 that is due to the 200 day moving average being at $12. Once we close above $12 there will probably be a quick move up to at least $15. I think this will happen this week if the price of oil keeps moving up or at least holds its current level.

A close above $12 will also give institutions confidence that the bottom has been reached. Many institutions won't buy stocks trading in single digits. With the likes of RDC, ESV and GLM moving into the teens it should increase their attractiveness to mutual fund managers.
