I fully expect to pick up more MSFT shares this Spring when the trial resumes and again upon ANY negative verdict by Mr. Jackson.

Good plan. Especially the last part. I suspect a negative verdict would draw it down lower than we've seen for some time. But I also think a negative verdict would provide the kind of kick in the pants that Microsoft always responds to best. It's an almost paranoid company that fights back most strongly when it's been pushed into a corner. I suspect we'd see some very creative solutions if Microsoft is forced by the courts to change the way they've done things with consumer Windows in the past.

That, after all, is a mature market that Microsoft has been able to milk for extraordinary profits. Time for them to head onto the next big thing.
