U.S. envoy to deliver final warning to Yugoslavia << U.S. special envoy Richard Holbrooke is being sent to Yugoslavia to deliver a final warning to Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic to halt aggression in Kosovo or face NATO military action, Secretary of State Madeleine Albright said on Sunday. ''Ambassador Holbrooke will emphasize to President Milosevic that NATO air strikes against the FRY (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) are being prepared,'' Albright said in a statement.
