I think the shareholder lawsuit was old, re-hashed news from 3/1. As such, it hopefully has already been discounted in the stock price. You and I must be the only two LEIX investors still holding on here. I don't see a lot of downside risk at this point to waiting up to 3 months for the 20% deal premium to the current price. But I'm not sure I will be that patient, should we see a narrowing of the discount in the short term. Barry
