I always see downgrades as possible buying opportunities. That's when I add the stock to my watch list. I'm doing my DD on ZOMX. It apparently is going to IPO Chumbo.com. Not exactly sure when. The chart also looks very tempting for at least a nibble and watch for the real buying opportunity: clearstation.com Twick

SFE- Fundamentals, Smundamentals!!! Trying to evaluate the worth of this company is futile. This is an internet giant in the making. They own interest in many internet companies and have several IPOs coming out this summer. It is a way to own a piece of each new IPO. IPOs generate interest, which will drive the price up in a frenzy. By the way, they are already a money machine, selling at a modest P/E. Most internet companies don't even have earnings yet.
