Gary, IE5 is definitely much faster. The thing is, what is does faster is the stuff your computer does, not what the servers do. When you get bogged down during the day it's a server overload problem, either the site you're trying to load, your ISP, or in some rare instances a site in between. Even the fastest computer, connection, and browser can't display data it doesn't have (yet <G>). Don't take that to mean you shouldn't download IE5 though. With your fast cable connection you'll notice the difference, the pages that seem to load OK now will load even better. I'd wait a month though. I've downloaded the NT version at work and the 95/98 version here at home and it's just tooooo much trouble right now. It's that server load thing again. Demand is so high that the servers stall and disconnect a lot. Even over your cable modem it'll take a long time and many retries. Best to wait 'till the demand dies down a bit. Alski
