Only 2 times did MSFT close up the week before the split, but, 4 times out of 7 it closed up after the split and 3 of those were significant percentage gains. Note, a couple of the closing numbers from MSFT home page do not match the historical quotes from YAHOO, but they are close enough. RichieH
