A director from Heartland would surely make good sense. Maybe that's what's behind Chairman Campagna's comments that "one or two" board members may be added (in June). Could this be part of an arrangement whereby Harry is reelected to board if extra Board members -- more shareholder conscious ones -- are installed? I would not be surprised if a new CEO is announced just before we receive our voting materials for the Annual Meeting, in order to defuse opposition. Bill
