It enabled AMD to focus all their resources into a money losing venture. Real smart. Don't effectively fund microcontrollers, communications or flash but dump all your money into fighting the evil empire. Then post red ink. Great for Jerry's vendetta but lousy for shareholders. But when did shareholders ever matter? This is Jerry's company to do with as he pleases. Bend over, grab your ankles and smile. Jerry's gonna give you some of AMD's potential.
