"More foof for thought" Winspear is (probably) a company directed and managed by clever, entrepeneurs pursuing the best way to make a lot of money for themselves and their shareholders. The "new" Aber is (probably) a company directed and managed by layered committees trying to do the best they can. We will know all in a couple of months, maybe sooner.

chuck,

<<The "new" Aber is (probably) a company directed and managed by layered committees trying to do the best they can.>>>>

I hate to correct you chuck, but the situation is even worse than you have indicated. That sentence (unless it was a typo) should read,...."and managed by lawyered committees".....I suspect the biggest item on their agendas will be to continually review and determine their liabilities and risks....I have a funny feeling that a big chunk of the ABZ treasury will soon be diverted to expensive director's liability insurance premiums. There appears to be a lot of rats jumping the ABZ ship these days....is this ship going down.....?
